Job Summary:
The recruiting department is responsible for contacting, screening and scheduling hundreds of consumers on a daily basis to partake in our consumer based research studies. Though traditional recruiting methods are used, we are looking for someone with experience in building social networks via Facebook, MySpace, Twitter and others. The objective is to continually build on our extensive database thus decreasing the amount of time needed to recruit qualified panels.
Job Qualifications:
• Experience working in a call center environment
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Solid computer skills are absolutely mandatory!
• Solid References from 3 past employers
• Ability to think creatively to in an effort to build our database of local consumers
• Experience building on-line social networks with Facebook, MySpace and Twitter is a plus.
• Energetic; Charismatic; Articulate
• Highly organized and ability to thrive in a stressful environment
• Experience working under tight deadlines
• Ability to work some nights and weekends if necessary
