Job Summary:
We are looking to hire a Sr. Statistician that is a master of quantitative methods. In addition to selecting the appropriate technique, the statistician will also conduct the analyses themselves using Tragon’s proprietary software as well as industry standard tools.
Job Qualifications:
• 5 to 10 years of experience within the market research or CPG industries
• Thorough technical knowledge of relevant statistical methodology
• Mastery of SPSS, SAS, and custom statistical tools
• Masters or Ph.D. in economics, social sciences or statistics
Responsibilities Include:
• Advise clients and colleagues regarding the appropriateness of available statistical methods to solve a defined business/research problems
• Conduct statistical analyses
• Authoring reports containing actionable recommendations based upon the employed techniques
• Educate and train others regarding statistical methods
• Recommend new product offerings, extensions and enhancements incorporating evolving statistical methods
